How can I stop my obession with my weight and appearance!? |
I'm really quite desperate. I'm obsessed with how I look and how much I eat. I don't think that I'm anorexic anymore. I do, however, think that I started to develop it just a few months ago. I've tried to stop but it's so hard. I hate feeling bloated and when I eat too much I feel like dying and feel like a failure. I'll burn 500 calories at once on my stationary bike in my basement. And even then I won't be happy with how bloated and fat I'll look. Everyone tells me that I'm skinny but it's just so hard for me. I'm afraid to eat. I'm afraid of obesity and weight gain. It's one of the scariest things for me and I don't know what to do anymore. You seriously need professional help. I'm not trying to be mean, its true. You need to see a psychologist, no exceptions. |
