How many calories i burn with this work out ? |
i start with running like 5 minutes ( not slow and not to fast ... moderate running ) and 5 minutes bike ( stationary bike at the gym ) ( fast pedaling with high level of resistence bike ) for cardio Use a calorie counter and a fitness planner to find out.
