How many calories i burn with this work out ?


i start with running like 5 minutes ( not slow and not to fast ... moderate running ) and 5 minutes bike ( stationary bike at the gym ) ( fast pedaling with high level of resistence bike ) for cardio
- 5 sets (10reps) of benchpress in paralel with 5 sets chin ups
- 5 sets (10reps) of cable pulldowns in paralel with incline benchpress
- 5 sets (10reps) of barbell for biceps in paralel with triceps push ups
- 5 sets (10reps) of biceps curls in paralel with rope pulldowns for triceps
i end the work out with running 3 minutes and 5 minutes bike ( the same intensity for running and bike like the warm-up )

i am 23 , 190 cm ( 6'2 ) , 99kg ( 218 pounds ) and i look like this :
