Is this a good diet/exercise plan?! PLEASE ANSWER, especially if you know about weight loss? |
Diet: I will also drink 3 glasses of milk a day and 8 glasses of water a day. It sounds good to me, except the smoothie and pasta. I say, stick with the sandwich or salad for dinner, and try another serving of fresh produce for a snack. Smoothies contain a lot of sugar, and pasta, which the grain is good, has too many carbs to lose 5 pounds in a week. Other than that, you have definitely motivated me, so keep doing what you're doing. Sounds healthy but a balanced diet also includes meat servings. According to the food pyramid, it is recommended that each person gets 2 servings of meat/ poultry/ fish etc, 2 servings of fruit 6 servings of pasta/rice, 3 servings of milk/yoghurt/cheese, 3 servings of vegetables and 8 servings of water. that sounds pretty good but it's not likely to make you lose 5 pounds within a week. you'll have to add more cardio exercise in your plan. the exercise that you did include will only likely burn off 500 calories at the most. your meals are probably 1200 calories at least. :) idk im trying to bulk up so im kinda opposite of your situation. every 3000 calories you burn you lose a pound but your also intaking calories so just watch that. im sure you look great if you work out everyday and eat healthy. And to burn calories faster eat one type of a food at a time like youll burn and digest a sandwich faster if you eat the bread and whatever you put on it at different times. All in all losing weight fast sucks but you gotta do what you gotta do i guess Well if you are the kind of person who craves right after a light meal, here's a tip: Sounds not too bad, except juice contains a LOT of sugar. I would cut the sugar out for sure, as much as possible. Eat raw vegetables instead of the V8. Also, V8 contains a lot of sodium, which helps you to retain water. I don't see any mention of water in there at all. You need at least 8 glasses per day. I would not eat pasta at dinner, have it for lunch or some time earlier in the day. One serving of pasta is about 1/3 cup by the way. Try to eat lots of fiber becayuse it gets you full faster. Try to avoid juice that are high in sugar because it gets you fat. Eat lota of salad with fat free dressing. For dinner eat light food because in the night is when you gain more weight. I dont eat dinner. Hey i love your plan! five punds? doesn't sound all that important to me it really won't make much difference and to lose 5 pounds in that amount of time is not healthy every thing is GREAT but all the milk, too much turns in to fat cells. You've inspired me... That looks good. But 5 pounds in a week is hard. what you have is good but you should add one more thing to this list walking do it for about 45min that will help you it sounds like you're really motivated, which is key. |
