Ray-sheme. I have no idea how to spell it lol. Ok. I just did a diffrent reysheme. That is great!! your exercise regime looks awesome! Regime. Also don't bother having breaks, just do a solid 20-30 minutes when you are watching TV or something. If you can't do it at first, start with 15 minutes and work your way up. If you only do 10 minutes at a time you probably won't even break a sweat. The snack thing is good though = ) well there is 3500 calories in a pounds so by this rate you might loose a pound in like a week. but you should a some more power in your routine and add my stuff like running or sit ups. You need to exercise for 15 minutes + straight because that's when you really start to lose weight. At least 30 mins of exercise each day. You must not take the breaks between the time on the bike. The key is a "sustained heart rate". If you are working so hard your heart rate jumps to 190, your body stops burning fat and goes into "cardio mode" to do max performance. |
