Weight watchers and walking- is this enough? |
I am trying to lose 100- 110 pounds before April 2009. I repeat I am trying and know that I may not obtain it. My question is I have been doing Weight Watchers and calculating my calorie intake on FitDay. I have been eating around 1500 calories a day and about 27-28 points on WW. I also have been walking 2.5 miles a day (the walking path I go to is quite hilly). I have used the calculators available online and try to burn 500 calories a day with excerise. I also try to go on the stationary bike for about 130-140 calories a night if I need it. Is this a proper way to try to lose the weight in the time I have? Any suggestions? I am also on weight watchers, but I only work out 30-40min. a day. It really seems to be all I need. I stick to my points plan, exercise daily, and still lose 3-4 lbs per week. I know it's different for everyone, but you may be overdoing it a little. Take it easy and enjoy yourself. Good luck on achieving that goal. |

You are not eating enough so your metabolism is slowing down to compensate because of the lost of food, you should have 6 smaller meals and you need to eat more vegetables and fruits ...looks like your already doing good extrisises for cross country. there isnt very much you can add to what your doing. good job and keep going... one thing you can do is add more speed instead of mo...
