Where am I going wrong with my diet and workout?? |
Ive been on his plan for two weeks and I haven't lost a single pound!! Also I don't feel any thinner either.. so don't tell me that I'm gaining muscle.. because my clothes still feel the same. Cannot really evaluate you over the internet and give you a definitive answer but some things that may be affecting you. YOUR BODY IS IN STARVATION MOOD!!!! You are not consuming enough calories to keep up with the extensive exercise you are doing. What I mean about starvation mood you are not eating any food from 8:00 in the morning until 1:30 in the afternoon and that will not get results. the green tea is fine but you also need a nutritious food to go along with it. Try to eat at least 1500 calories a day and you will see results. Your body has been in shut down mood for 2 weeks so don't be surprised once you start eating correctly that you may gain a pound or two but then it should even out and you will start losing. |

Yes you will lose weight and I know you said you will not change your plan but i suggest eating at least something solid with your slimfast for dinner. Maybe a banana or some toast in order to get... You are not eating enough so your metabolism is slowing down to compensate because of the lost of food, you should have 6 smaller meals and you need to eat more vegetables and fruits ...looks like your already doing good extrisises for cross country. there isnt very much you can add to what your doing. good job and keep going... one thing you can do is add more speed instead of mo... If she's coughing, ring an ambulance, and keep encouraging her to cough. If she's not coughing at all, slap her on the back, right between the shoulderblades 5 times, checking each time ... try your best,you are beautiful anyway do . excesses your waist,because you just need to tone . excesses your glutios to make them alittle currvy.no need to loose weight. good luck! ...Stay on your diet and slowly eat less point in WW from month to month. Also excersise a lot. Set a goal for yourself like IM going to run a mile once a day or do the stationary bike for an hour a... At your age and stature, it is very realistic to achieve your goal. You will have to perform a weightlifting routine to add muscle and increase your metabolism. For your cardio work, do what you en... wow. what more could u do? ... |
