Where am I going wrong with my diet and workout??


Ive been on his plan for two weeks and I haven't lost a single pound!!

Workout: 35-45 minutes of stationary bike + I alternate between weights for the arms and abs or a pretty intensive legs workout (heel raises, leg raises, you name it and I do so many reps it hurts!)
I also do the hula hoop for a couple of minutes and stretch really well after all this.. I do this on all days except sunday.

Diet:

8.00 am: I eat 2 whole wheat toasts and one egg white omelet

10.30 am: Green tea without sugar

1.30 pm: Some chicken cooked in a healthy way with some green veggies and 1 slice of whole wheat bread

5.00 pm: I eat a snack of fruits or veggies

9.00pm: Dinner similar to lunch

I sleep at around 12.00 am so a late dinner isn't so bad..

Also I have PCOS.. but come on! Ive got to show some result in two weeks right??? NOTHING!! I'm so frustrated. I dont expect a weight loss miracle but at least some!

(Also I occasionally slip an ice cream maybe once a week max- I cant live without it!)

Also I don't feel any thinner either.. so don't tell me that I'm gaining muscle.. because my clothes still feel the same.

Cannot really evaluate you over the internet and give you a definitive answer but some things that may be affecting you.

1. Scales don't tell you much. You can weight different amounts at different times of the day based upon water retention and whats inside your intestines and colon. (that does NOT mean you need any kind of cleansing)
2. You may be getting too few calories and your metabolism is shutting down.
3. You may be evaluating your plan too subjectively and too soon. The only way you would know for sure if things are working is to have your bodyfat taken by water displacement method and then re-done in one month.

Stay with it. There is no way, with a healthy eating plan and exercise you aren't going to lose some fat. Some people take longer to respond.

YOUR BODY IS IN STARVATION MOOD!!!! You are not consuming enough calories to keep up with the extensive exercise you are doing. What I mean about starvation mood you are not eating any food from 8:00 in the morning until 1:30 in the afternoon and that will not get results. the green tea is fine but you also need a nutritious food to go along with it. Try to eat at least 1500 calories a day and you will see results. Your body has been in shut down mood for 2 weeks so don't be surprised once you start eating correctly that you may gain a pound or two but then it should even out and you will start losing.
