Can I lose 15 pounds in 2 weeks?


I don't really care if it's healthy or not or if I'll gain it back and all that, so please don't tell me that. I already know.

Breakfast
One egg, scrambled, with 2% low-fat cheese

Lunch
Ham sandwich, with one piece of ham on white bread

Snack
Green apple

Dinner
Slim-Fast shake

Exercise
Treadmill - three to five times a week for half an hour
Stationary bike - four to six times a week for half an hour

I'm not going to change my plan, so please don't suggest something else. I just want to know if losing 15 pounds is possible with this.

Yes you will lose weight and I know you said you will not change your plan but i suggest eating at least something solid with your slimfast for dinner. Maybe a banana or some toast in order to get the best effect from it.

Yes. you are eating about 800 calories a day...and exercising to top it off. To lose a lb you need to burn off more than you consume. On average, to stay the same weight an inactive person can eat up to 2000 calories. To lose weight they'd have to eat 1500 calories. However, you are risking possibly fainting because you won't have any calories to consume and your body will be famished. I would try to bump up your caloric intake to atleast 1000 or 1200 or cut out the exercise. Make sure you eat something every 2-3 hrs b/c your metabolism may slow down instead and you won't lose weight after the first 3 days because your body is storing the little tiny bit you are eating.

You have not mentioned here about your height and weight. If your weight is perfect according to your height, then why you are trying to lessen your weight more. I think your diet is okay. You are also doing regular exercise. Everything is okay. Don't be worry about your weight. If you are thinking about this more then you cannot do your regular work. Just maintain regularity in life and enjoy your life. Hope you got the answer.

Try and switch your white for wheat, its less processed... But I don't know about fifteen pounds. That may be a little unsafe. I normally lose about five to ten pounds every two weeks, and people keep telling me that's pushing it so...

I believe that weight loss always starts from mindset. This is the reason why i am able to lose 15kg in 2 months and maintain for 3 years straight, all the way till my pregnancy.

1) What is my goal? I want to lose __kg in __ time.
2) Why do I want to achieve this goal? (if possible, come up with 50 reasons)
3) If I do not achieve it, what pains will I have? (come up with as many reasons as possible)
4) If I achieve it, what happiness will I have? (come up with as many reasons as possible)
5) What will happen to me if I continue my current situation for the next 10 years?
6) Then when do I want to take action?

Some solutions I can offer you for diet:
Breakfast: eat fruits/drink fruit juice
Lunch: Less carbo, more veg and fruits, less seafood, meat and eggs
Dinner: Same as lunch but no solid food after 8pm. Soups are great dinners

If you want to exercise to enhance the speed of weight loss. Go for some light jogging or do something you enjoy like an aerobic class or kick boxing class...
