Am I doing something wrong?


I walk for about 30min a day (10 min are more like runing on the tredmill 20 min is normal walking) thats 7 days a week 3 days of them I do additional 30min speed walking and 25 min on stationary bike .

I also do wieght lifing 3 days /rest a day / than 3 days thats what I have been doing for the last 12 days....

I'm watching what I eat I cut off all soda drinks /sweets/ icecream/ junkfood/ I drink normal amount of water.

I eat 2 meals a day first is usualy consists of one plate of rice with some kind of gravy that has meat . and on dinner which is after the work out its usualy fruits and vegetables.

and so far I lost nothing... No weight lost at all... Is there somthing that I must correct ? ( I cant do Cardio for personal reasons this month)

You are not eating enough so your metabolism is slowing down to compensate because of the lost of food, you should have 6 smaller meals and you need to eat more vegetables and fruits
