I walk for about 30min a day (10 min are more like runing on the tredmill 20 min is normal walking) thats 7 days a week 3 days of them I do additional 30min speed walking and 25 min on stationary bike . You are not eating enough so your metabolism is slowing down to compensate because of the lost of food, you should have 6 smaller meals and you need to eat more vegetables and fruits |

looks like your already doing good extrisises for cross country. there isnt very much you can add to what your doing. good job and keep going... one thing you can do is add more speed instead of mo...
