Help..please :)?


I am a16 year old girl, I weigh 160 lbs, 5'5'' hourglass figure, 29 in waist. I want to get into shape and toned in the next 4 weeks. I am willing to do anything. I want to know if I can get her body in 4 weeks by eating only vegetables, staying under 300 calories a day, drinking 8 cups of water and exercing 3 hours a day on the stationary bike and an hour doing Denise Austin pilates?

try your best,you are beautiful anyway do . excesses your waist,because you just need to tone . excesses your glutios to make them alittle currvy.no need to loose weight. good luck!
