I am trying to lose 100- 110 pounds before April 2009.?


I am trying to lose 100- 110 pounds before April 2009. I repeat I am trying and know that I may not obtain it. My question is I have been doing Weight Watchers and calculating my calorie intake on FitDay. I have been eating around 1500 calories a day and about 27-28 points on WW. I also have been walking 2.5 miles a day (the walking path I go to is quite hilly). I have used the calculators available online and try to burn 500 calories a day with excerise. I also try to go on the stationary bike for about 130-140 calories a night if I need it. Is this a proper way to try to lose the weight in the time I have? Any suggestions?

Stay on your diet and slowly eat less point in WW from month to month. Also excersise a lot. Set a goal for yourself like IM going to run a mile once a day or do the stationary bike for an hour a day. exc. Don't give up and it will work out.

I lost a LOT of weight by going on a diabetic's diet. I swear the weight just fell off. They don't count calories, they count carbs (you can have about 190 a day). But then again just like everything else, results vary from person to person. Try researching it, and if you like it, try it.

exercise and diet, I will say you do have guts to anounce you are fat over the internet though. I'm not trying to be rude I'm giving you credit.
