How much more cardio should i do.?


i am 6'1 185 lbs and 14 years old. here's a list of exercises i do. i know it may seem like a lot but i am really trying to get in shape. i do crunches, two types of weight lifting (bar and dumbells) pushups with the perfect pushup, and two types of chest exercises. i know it's a lot but..... anyways i was wondering how much more cardio should i do. i get on a stationary bike and do a 1000 cals in 1 hour but the exercises seem to outweigh the cardio. plus i was wondering how much should i weigh. i am trying to lose 15 pounds. more or less
