Nintendo Wii fitness a lame "work out" rip off? |
I got the Nintendo Wii fitness thinking it'll add to my workout routine. I personally don't understand why people who already have exercise routines think this will add something substantial to their workout. Wii Fit is designed for people who A) want to explore yoga, or B) never get their butts off the sofa. This doesn't make it a bad product. Plenty of people can benefit from it. For those already exercising 45-60 minutes a day, I can see how this isn't what they need. Actually it's been great for me but seriously this is nintendo it's not going to be a hardcore strenuous workout. The point is to encourage people into gentle exercise. I only use it when it's raining outside and I can't do anything else. It is quite clear even from the box that it's not for people wanting a real heavy workout. Always look at the reviews before you buy something. Good! Send it to me! haha I have been trying to find one like crazy! Personally I think Wii Fit is more for woman...i know they target both but I could never in my life see my husband doing it and hes a very fitness crazy person! Yeah you should have researched it better ... the Wii Fit should have cost you less than HALF of what you paid. made u should do some research b4 u spend $140... that's usually the smart thing 2 do... |

No. A stationary bike will exercise your slow-twitch muscles, not your fast-twitch. Building upper body mass will probably be counter-productive, too. ...do what your body feels is best.
