How do i maintain 115 heart rate while peddaling on stationary bike? |
and do i need a finger pulse oximeter? Finger pulse units are not as accurate or reliable. My GF gave me a Timex HRM with a chest strap from the Timex shop at the local mega-mall. It was about $35 and has worked flawlessly. some stationary bikes have heart monitors on the handles. But if this isn't the case, then a simple finger to the neck should yield an accurate heart rate. |
