Approximately how many calories do you burn by exercising for a half hour on a stationary bike? |
I was going at about average speed, not really slow or fast. About how many calories would that be? I'm around 5'5" and I weigh about 125 pounds. I wasn't doing it for weight loss. It was during gym class today in school, and I was just curious about how many calories you burn using the bikes. The calories you burn depends on your weight, so the more you weight actually the more you鈥檒l burn. bikes are crap for burning calories, one of the worst things for weightloss. Cross trainer, or treadmill are the best. Stay away from bikes, unless you want to build leg muscle, or you intend to spend a long time on there, more than 30 mins. A few. |
