Is riding a stationary bike good excercise for weight loss? |
I'm about 70+ pounds overweight, and in the fall, I'm going to start attending a university with a full fitness center where students have free membership. It will definately help! Make sure you do it between 60-80% of your max heart rate to burn calories efficietly. I would also change up the cardio every other week. Try a week of walking briskly followed by the bike. This way your body doesn't plateau |
