Stationary bike workout??


do they help you burn fat from ties & stomach?Cause I plan on doing it 1+ hours a day.I dont wanna waste my time

i'll also be on a lean diet about 1,500 calories daily

No diet of any kind can simply help you burn fat from any specific area, its gonna come off from all areas that have it stored. I dont think you should do this every single day, perhaps every other day. The biggest thing to help you lose weight with exercise of this kind is to supplement your diet with extra water and lean foods.
