How many miles a day should I ride my bike? |
I am 15 years old and I believe I am over-weight. You decide I think it's less about miles than it is about the length of time you're spending on the bike. You should do 30-60 min. of cardio 4-6 times per week. As long as you are challenging yourself during that time, you'll get a great workout in. you should ride your bike at least 4 miles a day and by the end of the week you will lose 5 pounds i did i weight 167 now im 145 |
