How can i burn a lot of calories? |
I eat really healthy and i exercise everyday for about 20 minutes. i know i need to do more. i ride a stationary bike for about half my exercise time, then i do exercises for my stomach and arms (lifting weights, crunches etc.). besides working out for longer, what are some exercises i can do to burn a lot of calories?? i cant go to the gym. i just work out at home. thanks! im a teenage girl GET ON A HEALTHY EATING PLAN RESEARCH EXERCISES AND HEALTHY RECIPES. run loads |

They are all good but if on the elliptical you are also using the arms then you can burn more calories per hour. Some treadmill have handle bars where you can exercise your arms. On the bike you ... i would say about 25 pounds. i dont think thats a great idea because cutting big amounts of calories can cause a stunt in growth. Have atlease 1500 calories a day. ...oh ya it is better because the biking cannot simulate the turn hill and bumps and surfaces as a stationary bike can and also it is fun you can walk with friends walk to you fav store and back home ... I don't know, but it is definitely a great workout! I have been doing Tae Bo for years. If you do it everyday, and eat healthy , you should be able to lose the weight. Alternate the Tae B... You are probably in more pain at night because you have been up all day, and doing ordinary daily activities can irritate a pinched nerve. I would recommend that you continue seeing your chiroprac... To achieve any weight loss, you really need to excercise and eat an overall healthy diet that consist of complex carbohydrates (whole wheat foods that would be great for fiber and needed nutrients)...
