Does anyone know how many calories Tao Bo burns? |
I'm trying to lose two pounds per week and am just starting beginners Tae Bo for 30 minute workout sessions. I weigh 130 and wonder if anyone would know how many calories this would burn? I also plan to implement my weight and stationary bike routine. I don't know, but it is definitely a great workout! I have been doing Tae Bo for years. If you do it everyday, and eat healthy , you should be able to lose the weight. There's a calories burned calculator here, and I think it has aerobics on it so you may be able to ballpark it... http://www.freedieting.com/tools/calorie... |
