Hiit question?


i find it impossible. i do 30 second high intensity burst, and honestly it feels like each second lasts a minute, i hate it, but i love the feeling afterwards of being completely nackered. the burning in my legs just gets too much (im on a stationary bike). any advice on how to make it less painful?

Quite a workout, huh?

Cut it down to 20 for a while &/or up the rest time between bursts. Oh, & no more than 3 times a week.

I feel that pain quite often i wonder how fast you go from all my research 90% of maximum heart rate is about as far as you should take it. so u may need to slow down a bit. you don't say if you monitor your heart rate but you should it's all to easy to get carryed away.
