Is 1000 calories correct? |
ok. i am 6'0 ft. i weight roughly 187 give or take. i got on the stationary bike and stayed on it for 1 hour. at the end it said i lost 1000 calories. my speed was 14mph. and i went 11 miles. given my height and weight is that correct? sounds right. when i run on the treadmill I usually burn about 300 calories in 20 min - so for an hour that would be 900 Thats sounds about correct! :) I don't think so. But it's possible. Sounds right to me, give or take a few Calories i think thats good |
