Will your legs grow larger if you keep on exercising in a stationary bike? |
I'm thinking if i'll keep going or not.. so what do you think? No. An exercise bike works on endurance and cardio, not leg size. You need resistance training/weight training to do that. No, They will get define but not large. Have you ever seen abiker with large legs. Also, genetics play an importat role, some people never developed big legs because of this. that sounds hilarious i dont think peoples legs grow if they exercise on bikes but maybe i guess never heard of it |
