His training besides lots of suicides consists in use of both the stair climber and having the bike in a trainer (similar to having a stationary bike). Each of the two machines works the muscles in different ways. I can with no doubt tell you with a combination of each, he has gotten extremely fast in the 40, and can run down all most every running-back and receiver from across the field. The one thing you might want to consider is taking up bike riding and working hard at it to increase your aerobic capacity, too many players are lacking in this area and find themselves huffing and puffing after a few short runs.
