Knee injury... stationary bike ok...? |
i reinjured my knee 4 weeks ago and i am in an immobolizer... the ortho that i am seeing has put me in PT for 3 weeks to try and regain some ROM(i now am at 75* but very painful) also i am not allowed to bear weight without the immobolizer on as my knee is still very unstable... i finished my first week in PT and i am only doing heel slides, straight leg raises, quad sets, and short leg arcs(basicaly all table work)... would i be able to do the stationary bike since it is a"non weight bearing" activity.. or no because of the lack of ROM.... Yes, definetly wait to see what PT has to say.. Don't hurt yourself further, sorry to hear about this. Good Luck.. |
