Burning calories/fat - stationary bike or combo of jogging/walking? |
I have a stationary bike in my basement. I have been doing that trying to stay at at least 12 mph for 30 minutes and some days I jog/walk outside for 30 minutes. It seems like I sweat more after the stationary bike. Am I burning more calories on the stationary bike? I work more muscles outside though when I'm jogging/walking. Which would be more beneficial to me for losing weight? You sweat more on the bike because you are indoors. You probably burn more when you walk/jog. |
