What to do with the amount of miles I did today. and calories...?


so I had about 600 calories for lunch,
and 700 for dinner.
then i had light ice cream with a cone-340 cals.
the fat grams were totaled to probably around 40-50 ish? :/

but then I ran 2.5 miles, 2 miles on stationary bike, and 1 mile on eliptical.
then my friend and me did a cycling class that we biked 10-13 miles.

I know that was alot for one day...and my knees are starting to ache. i took two aleves, is there anything else I should do? ehh.

and i think I burned about 700 calories with all that...is that a correct estimate?

700 sounds right. only thing u need to do now is goto sleep and heal while the fat melts off.

Okay so in total you....
- ate 1640 calories
- 600+700+340
- exercized 14.5- 17.5 miles
Sooo you burned off more than you actually ate!!!
If you ate250 cals you would have to run 2.5 miles to burn it off
Sooo you can figure it out
Example2
ate 300 cals run 3 miles to burn off
Soo you were incorrect...

dont count calories. its really un healthy

if what you want when you want.. theres reasons to back it up. Watch .. i can make you thin on tlc at 9 pm on sundays! i tried his tips and wow ive lost weight and ive noticed a big difference in my eating


but for you...
i think that youre doing is good. cause youre eating enough and then exercising to stay healthy and burn some of it off!
