Which is more effective?


What is more effective for dropping weight, losing inches, and gaining endurance?

Walking, running, or riding a bike?

And I don't mean on a treadmill or stationary bike- I mean, outside.

According to this site, (calories burned calculator) running and riding is best - but I say what interest you is best because you will stick with it longer.

Walking coz it lasts longer whereas running tires u out and riding a bike isnt that effective walking half an hour a day is great!!!!!!hope this helped good luck xxxxx

Running and also swimming

The most effective one is the one you enjoy doing the most. Each exercise has its benefits. If you walked and ran the same distance you would burn the same number of calories but your exercise duration would be shorter. This is a good thing if you are short on time. Cycling is just as effective for weight loss but it takes a long time (2+ hours) to get a good workout. If I was seriously looking to increase endurance I would either run or ride (swimming is also great but it wasn't one of your choices).
