Has 3 Hours Exercise/day Made Me HEAVY? |
I was losing weight and was down to 124 Ibs but then it climbed up to 126 and it will not go back down! *sigh* it might be only 2 Ibs, but then there might be another 2 and another 2 and so on. You have to remember that muscle mass weighs more than fat. So when you work harder you're going to gain muscle which can put on weight. To put this into a plain physical context, muscle weighs more than fat. the more muscle you have the heavier you get but its is good for you, so don't worry about it it is just 2 lbs. try drinking water and doing cardio workouts like running, jogging or simply walking but make sure you stay hydrated. do lots of cardio and yoga/pilates in betweens.. Please you only gained weight because you got muscle and muscle weighs more than fat. Your gaining muscle muscle is heavier than fat Shut up its 2 pounds!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1 muscle weighs more than fat! |
