Honestly, how many calories would i burn with this workout? |
i ate extremely extremely bad today. Not sure entirely to be honest, thats a lot of maths, but coming from experience, drop the crunches, do the weights first, then crank up the intensity on the running/biking-try to do intervals of 30 seconds high intensity, a minute slowly. This burns way more calories than constant jogging/cycling. Jogging/running = burnt 270 calories u need to give yourself a break..ure'' quite fine and its ok to let yourself splurge at least one day...juts be consistent and work out a s per normal.. |
