Personal trainer/fitness expert, anyone, helppp!?


so I have been running about 8-10 miles a week...doing 400-500 crunches all different ways a day, 80 leg lifts, all the machines about 40 reps each, and i still see NO difference. this has been going on 2 weeks. i know its a short time, but shouldnt i see SOME sort of difference?

yesterday i just decided that I will run/jog 2 miles, then do 1 mile on the stationary bike at level 7, plus my other things i listed above. will this help me see a difference?
why havent i, am i just unable to tone up?!?!

I eat perfectly healthy most days, honestly. 1400-1600 cals a day.
but should i be eating less??<<<


im abou 128 pds, 5'4''-5'5'', and 17 years old.
i just mainly want to tone up i guess, and have a tight stomach for summer...and also look good and confident for my senior pictures and prom!

someone, please help me with some substantial advicee.

I am not an expert but it seems like you are overtraining. You should try doing interval training as it burns 9 times more fat than moderate cario and you maintain muscle mass.

You are eating enough calories and really try to have some fruits and vegetables if you have already done so.
