so I have been running about 8-10 miles a week...doing 400-500 crunches all different ways a day, 80 leg lifts, all the machines about 40 reps each, and i still see NO difference. this has been going on 2 weeks. i know its a short time, but shouldnt i see SOME sort of difference? I am not an expert but it seems like you are overtraining. You should try doing interval training as it burns 9 times more fat than moderate cario and you maintain muscle mass. |

sorry to burst your bubble, but it's not even close to being possible. my wife is a genetically gifted athlete, and i supervise her training and diet... i've never seen anyone get resu... No such thing as too much cardio. (unless your chest starts to hurt, you begin to feel dizzy, or get muscle pains - then you should stop) ...What you are doing is called cardio, which is pretty much the opposite of gaining weight. If you start doing it longer, you will simply be burning more calories. So don't worry about it. ...If what your saying is true you should have no trouble losing 20 pounds. Eat something and go do your homework.... quit worrying about how toned you... If you are under 130 lbs. at 5'10" you are skinny.
