I have two weeks to tone my legs, possible? |
Say I have all the time and motivation, and I gotta get my legs in a better shape in just two weeks for my engagement party at the beach, sorry to burst your bubble, but it's not even close to being possible. You can do it, you have to commit to it. I would recommend stationary bike 30-45 minutes a day every other day. I don't mean a slow ride, vary your workout and punish your self. The day your not biking do an aerobic style workout. Drink lots of water and eat lots of fish and skinless chicken, lots of fruits and veggies. Stay away from breads, cakes, fast food. If you can i would also recommend adding an hour walk in there. bike riding. Do Skipping by using skipping rope,daily for 2 hrs, it will reduce ur fat in the hips & legs, swimming is a great exercise for the legs and butt. you should hit the pool and do some laps everyday. you will surely get toned legs in no time! yeah definitely get that cellulite lotion it totally works. just make sure you remember to actually use it because sometimes I forget and it just comes right back (unfortunately it's not a permanent solution) |

No such thing as too much cardio.
