I have two weeks to tone my legs, possible?


Say I have all the time and motivation, and I gotta get my legs in a better shape in just two weeks for my engagement party at the beach,
I'm 5'5 and 112 lbs, I'm not over-weight but my legs have mild cellulite :( and aren't toned.

I can't afford to go to the gym, but I have a stationary bike and dumbbells, no space for jogging anywhere either.

Do I stand a chance?
should I try good-bye cellulite by Nivea along with the workout and diet?

If I work out two hours a day (two seperate hours), is it better than two continuous hours?

and I get on the bike for about 10 minutes around 3-6 times a day, will that do me any good, or should I be breaking more sweat to see a difference?

sorry to burst your bubble, but it's not even close to being possible.

my wife is a genetically gifted athlete, and i supervise her training and diet... i've never seen anyone get results as fast as she does... and by fast, i mean a noticable change in 4 weeks, and a total transformation in 15 weeks... this is being genetically gifted...
for someone who isn't... i'd say you'd need 6 months minimum... sorry

But keep in mind, this shouldn't discourage you to workout and diet. you should do it for yourself. and take your time doing it

You can do it, you have to commit to it. I would recommend stationary bike 30-45 minutes a day every other day. I don't mean a slow ride, vary your workout and punish your self. The day your not biking do an aerobic style workout. Drink lots of water and eat lots of fish and skinless chicken, lots of fruits and veggies. Stay away from breads, cakes, fast food. If you can i would also recommend adding an hour walk in there.

I saw results within one week and i'm not joking.

The best form of exercise in my opinion and you dont even have to strain yourself to get results.

30-40 mins a day and i guarantee you will see a difference.

Do Skipping by using skipping rope,daily for 2 hrs, it will reduce ur fat in the hips & legs,

Try, Try , Try, donot lose hope.

swimming is a great exercise for the legs and butt. you should hit the pool and do some laps everyday. you will surely get toned legs in no time!

yeah definitely get that cellulite lotion it totally works. just make sure you remember to actually use it because sometimes I forget and it just comes right back (unfortunately it's not a permanent solution)

since you're skinny you should have no problem toning. if you're gonna go on a bike make sure you bike long distances at a slow pace so you get toned instead of big bulky muscles. also running would help you. you don't need any "space" to run just run outside. there's a whole world of space to run lol. you don't need to kill yourself exercising just go at a light pace
