Is it better to lose weight with a treadmill or a stationary bike and which is faster? |
Is it better to lose weight with a treadmill or a stationary bike and which is faster? It really makes no difference. If you put out the same amount of effort on a bike as a treadmill the outcome is the same. Use which ever one you are most comfortable with. I usually use the bike because it is less painful for my knee. i think treadmill. Treadmills are a faster way of burning calories because you are putting more effort into a shorter period of time. Unless you pedal like crazy on a stationary bike, there is no question which one is better. |
