Will this make me lose weight and not bulk up? |
About two years ago, I went on a stationary bike for about an hour, five days a week and found my thighs and calves became ridiculously bulky, so I stopped. Recently though, realising that eating healthily alone wasn't going to help me shift this last bit of weight I joined a gym. I intend to work out 4-5 times a week doing - By not adding resistance, you shouldn't be building up "bulky" muscle. From what I can get from your description, are you sure you're just not losing fat and thus your muscles are easily seen more? Maybe you're not bulking up, but your muscles just might be more visible from the fat loss. |
