Will this make me lose weight and not bulk up?

About two years ago, I went on a stationary bike for about an hour, five days a week and found my thighs and calves became ridiculously bulky, so I stopped. Recently though, realising that eating healthily alone wasn't going to help me shift this last bit of weight I joined a gym. I intend to work out 4-5 times a week doing -

15 mins on Treadmill (fast walk) with no incline.
30 mins on elliptical, quite fast with no resistance.
30 mins on bike, no resistance, 90 - 120 RPM.
15 mins on rowing machine (no resistance).

Will this make me just lose the excess pounds or will it bulk me up again?

By not adding resistance, you shouldn't be building up "bulky" muscle. From what I can get from your description, are you sure you're just not losing fat and thus your muscles are easily seen more? Maybe you're not bulking up, but your muscles just might be more visible from the fat loss.

You will develop more lean leg muscles (especially when almost all of your workout uses only your legs) but it could just mean that you're shredding the fat and it appears your legs are more bulky.
