This enough to help me lose weight?


Biking 2 hours every day on a stationary bike
Eating around 1200 calories (no chips/chocolate/ etc) every day
Mon to Fri - running for 1 hr
Tennis for 1hr and 1/2 on Sunday

should i do more? How long until i am able to lose 10 pounds? I'm 15, 5 ft and 125 pounds

That's alot of exercise everyday.

You should lose 10 pounds in 2 weeks at that speed.

But really ~ you are underweight already at 5'5" and 125 lbs.

Yes thats a ton of work, you'll definately see results. I'd be more worried about over doing it than not enough. You need to make sure your body has time to relax and repair any damage as well. Make sure you keep well hydrated and throw in some stretching and maybe yoga to keep your muscles lean and flexing.
For variety you could throw in a day of swimming or some light weight work.
