This enough to help me lose weight? |
Biking 2 hours every day on a stationary bike over doing it That's alot of exercise everyday. Yes thats a ton of work, you'll definately see results. I'd be more worried about over doing it than not enough. You need to make sure your body has time to relax and repair any damage as well. Make sure you keep well hydrated and throw in some stretching and maybe yoga to keep your muscles lean and flexing. |
