Now, im looking to loose weight and build muscle at the same time(possible?) Anyways, if i were to incorporate the subway diet would it work with my cardio plan or would i have to change it?

Sounds like you're on your way! If you want to lose weight you'll need to do more cardio than a few 15 minute bike sessions. If you can run, that's fantastic, but walking and swimming and cycling out and about are good too. As for the Subway diet, as someone above said it is an expensive way of eating healthy. But if you want something quick and easy, it should be alright if you're making the right choice of sub (no going for the fried stuff!). I usually make myself a healthy sandwich for lunch but if I can't be bothered I grab Subway. You get loads of good salad that way too.

Good luck!

well from what i see you have a pretty good
workout plan put together, and the subway diet
in retrospect is just an expensive way of eating healthy, which will work well with any program,
although im not trying to turn you away from it, but possibly start with the subway diet, then as you gain more knowledge on eating right, you could probably encorporate the same foods from home.

and im guessing you play football, just taking a shot given ur size, and your avatar, you may want to incorporate taking a protein suppliment into your regiment to help build lean muscle.

I think the point of the Subway diet is getting the sandwiches with lean meat and lots of vegetables, and leaving out the cheese and mayo too (on whole wheat). It looks like a good exercise plan. Gaining the muscle along with the cardio is the way to go, since muscle burns more calories than fat. Just remember that muscle weighs more than fat, because you'll be gaining muscle while losing fat, and it might be deceiving when you get on a scale. By the way, I've had a subscription to Men's Heath for 3 or 4 years, and I've learned a lot from it.
