Subway Diet? |
Can someone help me here. I heard about the subway diet. I have a few questions. Im 270lbs Sounds like you're on your way! If you want to lose weight you'll need to do more cardio than a few 15 minute bike sessions. If you can run, that's fantastic, but walking and swimming and cycling out and about are good too. As for the Subway diet, as someone above said it is an expensive way of eating healthy. But if you want something quick and easy, it should be alright if you're making the right choice of sub (no going for the fried stuff!). I usually make myself a healthy sandwich for lunch but if I can't be bothered I grab Subway. You get loads of good salad that way too. well from what i see you have a pretty good I think the point of the Subway diet is getting the sandwiches with lean meat and lots of vegetables, and leaving out the cheese and mayo too (on whole wheat). It looks like a good exercise plan. Gaining the muscle along with the cardio is the way to go, since muscle burns more calories than fat. Just remember that muscle weighs more than fat, because you'll be gaining muscle while losing fat, and it might be deceiving when you get on a scale. By the way, I've had a subscription to Men's Heath for 3 or 4 years, and I've learned a lot from it. |
