Losing too much weight?


My daily routine..

Breakfast - 2 Vitamin b Tablets.
2.00pm - 10km on stationary bike.
6.30pm - Tea; What ever is served, usually healthy.
7.00pm - 10km on stationary bike
8.00 - 45 mins of leg exercises and crunches and stuff.

and 8 glasses of water per day.

That's what i do everyday.. my mum is really worried, she says i'm going to lose heaps of weight and it won't be healthy.

Is she right?

Oh and sometimes usually everyday minus Sat. and Sun. i go for a half an hour walk/jog in the morning.

I wish more women worked as hard has you, the American women is lazy, you are setting a good example for your peers! Keep it up!

Your Mum is right. It's great you're exercising and that you're so motivated, but you'll end up getting ugly (trust me!!) if you follow that regime. How about some toast and fruit for breakfast (or cereal, like Special K), fruit or vegetables at 10am, a salad sandwich at lunch time, some low fat cheese and crackers at 3pm (or some nuts), Dinner at 6.30pm and fruit after that if you need anything else. That would still be low fat but would give your body the nutrients it needs (Vitamins don't take care of it all). The side effects of that sort of diet are slow metabolism, awful skin and hair, damage to your gums/teeth, lethargy etc etc. You've also got to take good care of your heart.

Stay healthy and listen to your Mum :)

Eat some fruit and vegatables in your diet. If you get too low on weight, you'll know.
