Can you grow tall using Exercise Bike? |
people say you can grow taller when u ride bikes etc.so i brought a stationary bike or exrcise bike.do you guys think it'll work same as the usual riding bike? No. People say the darnedest things! Riding bikes will not make you grow taller. If you are going to be tall- you will be tall. However, exercise is always a good thing. Go for it! U ppl r WRONG;; If you did your research human grows by growth hormones made from the pituitary gland. And Our Pituitary glands are effected Genes Exercise nutrients amount of sleep and stress All these things affect the pituitary gland thus making more growth hormones thus making people taller.. Report It For example,, try sleeping a child 5 hours a day and making him not move around at all and feed him very little,, the result is going to be resulted in dwarfism. So yes. exercise does make you taller but its not gonna make you 8 feet tall(what an idiot) Report It Sorry, exercise, stretching etc. does not change your height. Your genes determine this. Riding an exercise bike won't make you taller. Walking with good posture will make you look taller. Being in good shape from riding the exercise bike will help you maintain good posture. Non-sense. If that were true I'd be 8 feet tall. No you won't grow any taller than if you didn't. |
