i have a regular moveable bike on a stationed stand, meant for what im using it for...i work out on it for 60-65 minutes daily will i be able to get toned legs/slimer, tighter body by using this? i also ride two horses one for an hour the other for a half an hour..show riding so it is more tonable? what parts does the bike tone besides legs? Your legs and butt are the muscles that get a work out. Your lower back a little but not really. Don't listen to that guy that says everything, that's not true. It tones only legs and if you dont see improvement move faster or start mabye regular working out on your legs. Riding the bike Will strengthen you lower back , shoulders,legs and stomach, try periods of pedaling as fast as you can for 30 seconds then slow pedaling 5 times in a row ,try this twice a week , after 4 weeks try it 10 times in a row this will keep your body improving in fitness as after 6 weeks of the same routine the body does not improve as much |
