2 weeks to get fit?


I need to get fit in 2 weeks. Currently I am riding my stationary bike, and lifting light weights. ( benching 80 lbs. ) I am really out of shape, but I am going on a trip in two weeks, what should I do? thanks

Keep doing what you are doing, and each day add a little to your regimen, like walking for an hour or so, everything will help, but do not expect to look like superman in two weeks.

I would give HOC (High Octane Cardio) a try. It's circuit training with a mix of weights (or body weight exercise) and cardio. And you do it in rounds with say a one minute of jogging or jump rope then straight into weights eg 10 military press each arm with a dumbbell. You should read more about it before you start and familiarise yourself with the exercises you choose. Many of the guys in the movie "300" trained in circuits sort of like this.
