Do you think laying a sports bike in my pickup truck will damage it? |
I have to pickup a sports bike about 100 miles away and need don't know the proper way to tied it down and don't want to damage it. How should I get it done? I know I'm an idiot, I just don't want to get out there and buy the thing and then damage it right out of the lot. Sorry motorcycle. As long as you tie it up tight, it won't be able to damage it. If the bike stays still on your truck the whole ride. Get one of those bike stands and use rope. When you say sports bike...do you mean motorcycle or pedal power? Either way, get some padding and a set of ratchet straps and you can secure it easily in your truck. Damage the truck or the bike??? Use ratchet tie down straps . I don't know, when you are done riding a bike do you lay it on the ground? |
