Sport bike suggestion? |
Next year once I start college I'm going to buy new bike(first sport bike) and I am thinking which one of these three: Kawasaki Ninja ZX6R ; Honda CBR600RR ; Suzuki GSX-R600. Experience with street bikes, never tried dirt bike You left one out! The Yamaha R6. The CBR is alot more nimble and agile, and also the most comfortable for me. Being just 5cm shorter then you and 174 lbs I think that you would probably have the same feeling on a cbr as i do. The Kwaka Ninja although a sports bike feels alot more upright to me so if your used to have your wrist under some downward pressure (which is stereotypical of a sports bike) you might not feel at home on a Kwaka Ninja. As for the Gixxer I dont have any experience with them, my advice is to test ride as many bikes as possible and get the one which best suits you and your needs. Also join a motorbike forum, their great help concerning all topics of riding. Instead of choosing the crotch rocket-race bikes that you're not going to afford to pay the insurance premiums on buy a standard-naked sports bike like the Yamaha FZ6, Honda 599, Kawasaki 650 Ninja, or Versys, or the Suzuki SV650. |
