Is this a good bike?

I just use it on the bike trails in the summer.

I mean is it a good deal overall, should I buy it?

define pretty long?
because if 10 miles is long for you then thatll be fine
your not a high mileage person just by looking at the bike u picked, the store, and the question.
itll be alright i guess but its going to be a bit heavy, hills arent going to be super easy, but hey have fun on it
it shouldnt be that expensive if its from sears
expect it to be as good as you pay
if its a hundred-250 it wont be great but itll work
250-500 u can get some decent riding outta it 500-1000 ur talking about a good bike, you can even race possibly
over that and your talknig about trying to win even
but
you dont need the expensive carbon fiber the drop handlebars and sram red gruppos
is it a good bike? no not really
will it work for your practical purposes? yes

If you're not a high-mileage person it will probably suit you fine. It probably has a relatively cushy seat and keeps you able to see around you. If you start getting into longer rides or doing it for exercise you might look into a real road bike, they're just more efficient for longer rides.

It says city tread tires, so as long as trails are paved or fine gravel it will probably be ok.

yeah ill have to agree with FUN...good for short rides around city blocks, campus, or a short commute to work...really nothing more then that....

if you ride heavy trails then no but if u don't then yes yeah it really just depends on what type of trails u ride

it looks as cheap as its costs. if u go on long ride u might have some problems with it and it looks heavy. if u want a cheap bike u should check this site out.

Sears and Huffy is all I had to read. No, it's not a decent bike. If you want a decent bike go to a bike shop, not a department store. Sorry.
You can't get anything decent under $250, and that would be on sale. A $130 bike isn't going to hold up.
