What motorcycle should i get?

hi i'm new to bikes and i'm wondering what cheap motorcycles are there 200cc and below? preferably sports bikes and scramblers. however, i'm kinda tall (184cm). i'm wondering if it will be a problem for me to ride the honda sp or the kawa krr 150
