Ok i am 6"4 i want a sport bike but i only have 4,000 to spend now i dont want look to big on it?

I am taller than you, and sorry to say, but you will look big on any bike, no matter what......
but if you want a bike, try getting a cruiser like the Honda Shadow......the CBR is made for smaller riders.......

who cares what you look like do what you feel, if you go looking a bike based on how you will look you miss out on some fun times. i am 6'3 and i don't care how i look as long as i enjoy my self.

I am also 6'4"....trust me it doesnt matter which sport bike you are on youll look to big. Trust me I know.

Id look for a used SV650. Fun to ride, right in your price range and plenty of grunt to lug you around.

you can get new 07 SV650s for 5200 right now... spend tyhe extra money and get one, youll love it
