Can you gain height with bicycling? or sports or anything else??
Sports are make you developing better your body strenght power and resistance and contribute to your health in the case you don't have some disease or handicaps who can not aloud you to make sport.
So in this light yes, aerobic sports (like running, bicycling, tennis, football, swimming, volley, basket, etc) can help you to grow faster in height, but it is not guaranteed that will happened. It depends also in your genetic resources and in your diet.
It is also a mather of age (if you are more then 19 years old, it is a little bit late for you win height. |
