Why is coke so involved with sponsoring these events? -2What benefits do you think coke receives from these? |
Coke sponsors many sporting events, such as World cup soccer, National football league, National Basketball Association, Tour De France Bicycle Race, Rugby and the Olympic games. Advertising. It is one answer, contracts/clients. It is a way to sell the product, they know good marketing!!! Exposure to their products. It is a constant battle to stay ahead of the competition and will take millions of dollars to stay competitive. Biggest rival? Pepsico who wiil do the same to keep up with Coke. Coca-Cola recieve money, reputation, and customers from sponsoring such events. Coca-Cola also donate quite alot of money to such events, so that could be a reason also |
