It is a much different experience to RIDE bikes than it is to just see them, or even sit on them. You might find that the bike you love the looks of is totally incompatible with your physique!!!I recommend going to the dealerships to check out the current models. It is important to sit on a bike and see if you like the way it feels. Also, a hint when it is time to buy...Dealerships are required to stock certain models by the manufacturer whether they like it or not, it is part of the franchise deal. Therefore, if you are willing to travel a little bit, you can save some money (usually) To get a good deal on a sport bike go somewhere rural where the demand is going to be for dirt bikes and 4-wheelers. or for a 4-wheeler go into the big cities where there is very little riding area. Because the dealership might have a harder time moving certain models in their respective areas, there is more bargaining power for the buyer. I recommend visiting the manufacturers websites they have all the specs as well as pricing. Kawasaki makes great sports bikes at great prices.
