If you go to Central Park at 5 AM you'll see bikers, runners and even inline skaters. It feels great to have company especially so early in the morning. Almost every weekend there is some kind of race.

I'm an inline skater & a biker who lives in Honolulu, HI. As beautiful as the city is, it is not a very sport-friendly place unless you go to a large beach park, such as Ala Moana beach park and the Waterfront park. But I have been to wonderful places such as Central Park which is terrific, as well as Huntington Beach (well, the whole PCH), Philadelphia, San Francisco, & Washington D.C. I've heard only good things about some great trails in FLA too. Check out Zephyr Adventure tours, they know where the great spots to skate & bike are!
