What is the most difficult sport to master? IMHO I think gymnastics.? |
After gymnastics all other sports seem relatively easy to pick-up as long as your are coordinated and have strength. As for endurance sports - I can't comment because I don't have much stamina but I can run and ride a bike and I don't think it was too hard to learn how to run and bike and lots of people can run and bike. i think UFC. but gymnastics can be hard if you arent already flexible & brave & willing to risk your bones getting broken while going flips & crazy stuff. i definitely sprained my ankle twice in gymnastics Maybe bull-riding? I certainly think that is one of the most dangerous sports in the world. But I think I'll agree with you, gymnastics seems difficult because you have to be flexible... I would definitely agree with you and go with gymnastics being the most difficult sport. To be a good gymnast you've got to be brave, strong, flexible, balanced, coordinated, poised, and in tip-top shape. Gymnast gymnastics is very difficult, i have done gymnastics, fro a lonnng time, and it takes a lot out of you, i think it can be quite stressful, getting up and doing a routine in front of 4 judges, and a huge crowd full of spectators, sataring @ you, i think iceskating might be hard. gymnastics takes alot of endurance , i just got a new floor routine with one of bella karolis old friends geza pozar, and i can barley breath @ the end of my routine, also the conditioning is alot of endurrandce we usualy have to run the block (5 miles) its friken hard at the end of a 4.5 hour workout. ME DOING GYMNASTICS I agree with you. Gymnastics is definitley one of the hardest sports out there. Gymnasts could easily go to football practice or basketball practice and be just fine, but if a football or basketball player tried gymnastics, they'd end up dead.. :D |
