How do I start my own official motorcycle club,and how many people do I need to do so.? |
I live in Las Vegas and ride a sport bike R6 if that helps. Thanks The number of people who belong to a club really depends on how big the club is and what you want to achieve as a group. But even just 3 or 4 people who share a common interest in motor-cycling could define themselves as a 'club' if that is how they see themselves! It is probably better to start small with limited goals and focus, and to grow as the group defines itself and finds new people with similar interests. If you start off too big, you will spend all your time trying to make deicsions on your key priotities - bike types, routes to travel, issues to discuss, whatever.... I suggest you find a few friends and acquaintances who have some common interest and see what develops. From little acorns, a mightly oak can grow..... Good luck! ask another club, make sure you dont use other name of club, due to bilaws they can stop you. Start a forum and discuss the bikes you guys ride and then decide on a meeting place to start a ride together. My homies have crouch rockets and they have a forum where they arrange for a place for the gang to meet and then they all drive down the coast together starting fights with guys in BMWs. Enjoy All you need is me, myself and I to start a club and call it the lone wolf club. Motorcycle club? Are you serious? You would get beat up for saying that around a bunch of bikers dude, but if you wanna start, go to bike mets and ask if their in a gang and would like to join. Get about 2 or 3 people. The closest event comeing up is, well i would say easyriders bike show. Hope i helped a little man, and good luck with your "Motorcycle Club" you dont want to call your self a club in vegas unless your really in the know about the club dynamic ( Idont think you are ) there are alot of 1%ers out there and the whole thing is about respect if some of these guys feel that youre stepping on or claiming territory watch out . better just to get sum guys and gals together and go riding and after awhile start a riding society or a riding asscociation or such but if your hell bent on being a club get on the net and look up federation of clubs and learn not to burn . Ask an official in the official office. |
